1. Who we are

AgroStrong Holdings Limited ("AgroStrong", "we", "us") operates this website. Investment and savings are open only to members of Tsigiro Usekelo Savings & Credit Co-operative Society Limited (Zimbabwe) and/or Tsigiro Usekelo Investments Primary Co-operative Limited (South Africa).

2. What personal information we collect, and why

We collect only the information you give us through this site, plus limited analytics data if you accept analytics cookies.

Enquiry form (Contact page)

Your name, email address, phone number, country, the type of enquiry and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about it.

Share and note subscriptions (Buy page)

Your first name and surname, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence, national ID or passport number, whether you hold a CSD (Central Securities Depository) account, how you heard about us, and the details of your subscription (number of shares and/or amount of notes). We use this to process your subscription, keep the subscription register, send you confirmations and investor communications, and meet our legal, regulatory and KYC/AML (know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering) obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paynow, our payment service provider. Your card or mobile-money details are entered on Paynow's secure checkout and are handled by Paynow — we do not see or store them. We receive from Paynow only the payment status and reference needed to confirm your subscription.

Email notifications

We use your email address to send subscription confirmations and to notify our team about new enquiries and subscriptions.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we collect information about how you use the site — see section 7 below.

3. Lawful basis and consent

We process personal information where it is necessary to respond to your enquiry, to take steps to enter into and perform your subscription, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and for our legitimate interest in operating and improving this site. Where we rely on your consent — for example, analytics cookies — you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that help us run the site and our processes, such as our hosting provider, our email delivery service and our payment processor (Paynow);
• The co-operatives named in section 1, where your membership or investment requires it;
• Professional advisers (such as lawyers, auditors and bankers) where needed; and
• Regulators, authorities and courts where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information.

5. Cross-border transfers

Your information may be processed in Zimbabwe, South Africa and other countries where our service providers operate. Where information is transferred across borders, we take appropriate safeguards to protect it in line with applicable data protection law.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for the record-keeping periods required by law and regulation (for example, subscription and payment records). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to subscription and enquiry records is restricted to authorised administrators.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed, the device and browser used, approximate location, and how visitors arrived at the site. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them on our cookie banner. The information is used in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you as an individual, and it is never sold. Google may process this information outside Zimbabwe and South Africa. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 10. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), or to the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) under the Cyber and Data Protection Act.

9. Children

This site and our investment offering are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
